Fall & Holiday 2026

2026 campaign
opportunities.

Campaigns starting September 2026 can run every major consumer period into Q1 2027 without rebuilding the relationship. Each season below is its own campaign — with its own look, its own hooks, and a clear read on where Chingo fits in.

Sep – Oct 2026

Halloween

Comedy-driven creative, costumes, character concepts, limited-edition products, food and beverage integrations, retail promotions, automotive campaigns, and social-first content.

Hero commercial · comedy series · photography · retail activation · giveaways

The Chingo Angle Chingo stars in an original costume bit built around your product — a comedy sketch where your brand survives a horror-movie spoof, produced for hero video and social cutdowns.
Oct – Nov 2026

Thanksgiving

Family, food, traditions, gatherings, travel, football, shopping, and Mexican-American family culture.

Family commercial · branded comedy · photography · retail appearances

The Chingo Angle A "family table" commercial that folds your product into a bicultural Thanksgiving spread, paired with a retail appearance timed to Black Friday weekend traffic.
Nov – Dec 2026

Christmas

Larger storytelling on family, gifting, celebrations, food, travel, traditions, and holiday humor — bilingual and culturally specific where it fits.

Hero commercial · holiday photography · gift integrations · retail creative

The Chingo Angle A hero holiday commercial built around gifting your product in a bilingual family gathering setting — the flagship piece a 6- or 12-month partnership gets built around.
Dec 2026 – Jan 2027

New Year

Extending into New Year's campaigns — celebrations, new beginnings, fitness, lifestyle, automotive, financial services, food and beverage, entertainment, and consumer products.

Continues a Fall 2026 partnership into Q1 2027

The Chingo Angle A countdown/toast moment featuring your product, tied to his entrepreneurial "new year, new hustle" voice — a natural bridge into a longer 2027 partnership.

Partnership Options

Start small.
Prove it. Then scale.

The recommended path is a capped-budget pilot, not a retainer. Clear the pilot's benchmarks and the next step — a 90-day Texas campaign, then a longer partnership — is a much easier yes.

Signature Activation

60-Day Pilot · One Market

$7,500–$12,000

  • Hard cap, all-in — talent, production & management

  • Stills owned by the brand, 6–12 months, Texas only
  • 1 Retail or Radio Appearance (Houston or DFW)
  • No national usage in this agreement

Best for
The first contract with a new brand. Low downside, clear benchmarks, and a defined next step.

Enterprise Readiness

Structured the way
corporate marketing buys.

Enterprise marketing teams don't buy influencer posts — they buy risk-mitigated outcomes. Every partnership is structured to clear the three objections that stall a corporate yes.

Brand Risk Unmeasured Spend Audience Mismatch

01 — The First Ask

Start With The Pilot, Not The Retainer

The first contract is a 60-day pilot, not a 6- or 12-month ambassadorship — one market (Houston + DFW, or Texas only), one objective (traffic, promo codes, store visits, or a single product SKU), and a hard cap of $7,500–$12,000 all-in for talent, production, and management. No national usage in the first agreement.

02 — Verified Audience

Numbers Backed By Proof

Any audience figure on this page is supported before it reaches a brand — followers by platform over the last 90 days, median (not peak) views and engagement, audience geography with Texas share broken out, three comparable paid posts with results, and Insights screenshots rather than a designed slide.

03 — Brand Safety

Guardrails In The SOW

Full script, prop, and wardrobe approval before production. No political content and no immigration-status or ethnic-slur material in brand work. Standard morals clause with a 24-hour takedown. The brand does not appear alongside his personal political posts during the term, and whitelisting covers only the approved assets — not his full feed.

04 — Accountable Fee

Base Plus Performance

A $5,000–$8,000 guaranteed base, with any bonus paid only if a view floor or tracked conversions are hit. If the organic floor is missed, additional content is produced at no charge. The result the CMO signs off on is a test with a make-good — not a flat fee for a comedian.

05 — Category Fit

Products Already In His World

The fastest yes comes from categories that already fit his audience and voice — salsa, beer, michelada, energy drinks, Texas QSR, auto groups, boots, grills, combat sports, and regional telecom or radio. Banks, airlines, and broad "inclusive family" CPG briefs are a harder fit regardless of how the deck is written.

06 — What The Brand Owns

Assets, Not Just A Shoutout

A pilot delivers one hero short cut for paid media, three cutdowns, stills owned by the brand for 6–12 months in Texas only, one retail or radio appearance in Houston or DFW, and raw files — not just a post on his page. Usage stays limited on purpose: it keeps price low and legal comfortable.

The path that gets signed: a pilot at $7,500–$12,000 → if promo codes or traffic clear the floor, a 90-day Texas campaign at $15,000–$25,000 → only then a conversation about a 6-month partnership. Opening with $60,000, $120,000, or $150,000 is what turns the first call into a no.

Commercial & Advertising Usage

How the terms work.

Investment and usage are structured to the agreed scope. All final usage rights are established in writing.

Term
Length of campaign usage.
Territory
Local, regional, national, or other agreed markets.
Media
TV, connected TV, streaming, digital, social, radio, print, outdoor, retail, or other platforms.
Exclusivity
Restrictions on competing brands or categories — defined by category, territory, duration, and scope.
Likeness
Approved use of Chingo Bling's name, image, voice, and likeness.
Renewal
Continued usage beyond the term requires renewal or an additional agreement.

Media placement is separate from campaign investment. Unless included in a written proposal, pricing does not cover third-party advertising inventory — airtime, CTV, streaming, radio, paid social, digital buying, outdoor, or print. The brand buys media directly or coordinates it separately, so its ad budget doesn't cut into production/talent investment.

Production & third-party expenses. Standard requirements are set in the final scope. Costs outside it — major travel, specialty locations, large sets, added talent, licensing, heavy post, or major event costs — are quoted separately. No material extra expense without approval.
