Ivy “Poison” Enriquez Is Ready to Become El Paso’s Next World Champion

El Paso has produced world champions before.

Jennifer Han became the city’s first professional boxing world champion, opening the door for future generations.

Years later, Stephanie Han added another chapter to El Paso’s boxing history by capturing the WBA lightweight world championship and continuing the city’s championship tradition.

Now, in our opinion, the next name preparing to join that list is Ivy “Poison” Enriquez.

At just 19 years old, Enriquez has already established herself as one of the most exciting young prospects in American boxing. She remains undefeated as a professional, represented Team USA as an amateur, and continues to compete on nationally televised events while proudly representing her hometown.

Champions are not created overnight.

They are built through years of discipline, experience, and consistent victories.

Enriquez appears to be following that same path.

Every fight brings more confidence, more national attention, and another opportunity to prove she belongs among boxing’s future stars. With her talent, work ethic, and growing experience, we believe she has everything necessary to become the next world champion from El Paso.

If that happens, El Paso’s boxing history will feature another remarkable chapter:

Jennifer Han.

Stephanie Han.

And perhaps next…

Ivy “Poison” Enriquez.
