Colombian singer-songwriter Fonseca is back and better than ever with his Tropicalia Tour, and he’s bringing all the rhythm, romance, and tropical flavor fans know and love. After winning Best Contemporary Tropical Album at the 2024 Latin Grammys, Tropicalia is now hitting U.S. stages in a limited arena run, with seven stops before heading to Latin America and Spain.
On June 10 in Atlanta, fans got the first taste of the live Tropicalia experience — and it did not disappoint. Fonseca delivered a crowd-pleasing mix of brand-new hits, throwback favorites, and a few emotional surprises, backed by his full vallenato-pop band and infectious energy.
Among the most exciting moments were the live debuts of “Nunca Me Fui” featuring Rubén Blades, and the Caribbean-inspired “Venga lo que venga” with Rawayana. These new songs brought depth and nostalgia to the show, while staples like “Te mando flores,” “Arroyito,” and “Prometo” reminded fans why they fell in love with Fonseca in the first place.
